1. Need Assessment

A systematic investigation to identify the type of training that best fits our client’s needs.

2. Goals

A clear formulation of the expected output resulting from each training that we conduct.

3. Development of Training Curriculum/Material

Based on the identification of our client’s needs and goals, training curriculum is subsequently developed in the form of structured material of instruction.

4. Implementation

Actual training is conducted by trainers experienced in delivering experiential learning, to ensure maximum impact on participants of the training.

5. Evaluation

Each training we provide would undergo evaluation and evaluation processes prior to, during and after the training. This is done to ensure that effectiveness and relevance of the training is achieved.
